Cross-cutting theme 2

Knowledge transfer & target audience communication

What's it about?

To integrate REGULUS research into the relevant research and practical environment, knowledge transfer to practice and target-oriented communication adapted to specific audiences are necessary. Networking efforts, for example, with wood research projects or living lab projects, can facilitate this integration while incorporating external expertise.

This is particularly relevant for subdisciplines and applications that are less represented in REGULUS research. At the same time, practices from forestry and the wood industry are integrated into the research conducted by the innovation groups, and research results are communicated back to these sectors. Additionally, other target groups, such as forest owners or associations, also play an important role in REGULUS research and need to be addressed.

Verbände, eine wichtige Rolle für die REGULUS-Forschung und müssen adressiert werden.

Through close exchange with stakeholders, REGULUS research remains attentive to diverse expectations and demands while also staying sensitive to the needs of practical applications, thereby creating a foundation for the implementation of research results. Accordingly, the cross-cutting theme 'Knowledge Transfer and Target Audience Communication' focuses on the transdisciplinary, practice-oriented, and audience-specific preparation and communication of REGULUS research findings
